Integrate Acquires CaliberMind, Bringing Two Arizona-Connected B2B Tech Companies Together

Integrate has acquired CaliberMind, bringing together two B2B technology platforms focused on helping enterprise marketing teams better connect their activity to actual revenue.

The combination brings Integrate's lead management and demand execution platform together with CaliberMind's go-to-market intelligence capabilities, including multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling and AI-powered activation. The goal is to close a longstanding gap between executing marketing campaigns and understanding which efforts actually produce revenue.

For Arizona's technology ecosystem, the deal is particularly interesting because of the connection between the two companies.

Integrate has deep roots in Phoenix, while CaliberMind has also been part of Arizona's growing B2B software ecosystem. The acquisition is another example of the kind of technology companies and talent that have been built in the state.

Under the deal, CaliberMind will continue operating as a dedicated product line within Integrate, with its existing team, customer success resources and product roadmap remaining in place. The companies expect to begin rolling out cross-platform enhancements in the coming months, with full interoperability targeted for 2027.

The combined platform is designed to give marketing teams a continuous feedback loop: identify which campaigns and channels are producing results, connect those results to revenue and use that information to determine what happens next.

It's also another Arizona tech story worth paying attention to.

Building a stronger technology ecosystem isn't only about attracting companies from elsewhere. It's about building companies here, developing experienced operators, creating exits and acquisitions, and keeping that talent connected to Arizona.
