Tempe Startup Wealth.com Raises $65M to Expand AI-Driven Estate Planning Platform

A fast-growing Tempe-based startup is scaling its push into AI-powered wealth management.

Wealth.com has raised $65 million in an oversubscribed Series B round, bringing its total funding to $116 million since launching in 2022. The company is building an estate and tax planning platform designed for financial advisors, with a focus on replacing manual processes through structured data and automation.

The round included a mix of new and returning institutional investors, signaling continued confidence in the company’s growth trajectory and product direction.

Wealth.com plans to use the capital to accelerate AI development, expand enterprise distribution, and pursue strategic acquisitions. The company is also preparing to open a New York office, extending its presence beyond Arizona.

At the core of its platform is a proprietary AI engine trained on estate and tax planning scenarios, aimed at delivering more consistent and personalized advice at scale. The approach reflects a broader shift across wealth management, where firms are increasingly adopting technology to streamline complex advisory workflows.

The company reports rapid adoption, now supporting advisory firms overseeing more than $15 trillion in client assets.

With over 100 employees in Tempe and continued hiring focused on AI talent, Wealth.com is positioning itself as a key player in the next phase of financial advisory infrastructure.
