Tempe’s RunBuggy Raises $37M to Scale AI-Powered Auto Logistics
Arizona’s innovation economy keeps gaining traction. Tempe-based RunBuggy has closed a$37 million Series B round led by Centana Growth Partners, with participation from OMI Capital. The raise highlights both the strength of Arizona’s startup ecosystem and the growing demand for AI-driven logistics. RunBuggy’s platform connects car shippers and haulers, modernizing a traditionally fragmented industry. Its AI engine, RunBot, automates more than 80% of routine workflows, predicts delivery challenges, and optimizes load matching. That means faster cycle times, lower costs, fewer empty miles, and measurable sustainability gains. “From day one, we’ve focused on technology that improves outcomes for transporters and shippers, built with trust and security at the core,” said CEO Kevin Malik. Centana Growth Partners says RunBuggy is setting the standard. Partner Ben Cukier described the company as “a defining platform in this category,” while Vice President Devi Malhotra emphasized its ability to bring efficiency and transparency to banks, OEMs, lenders, and consumers alike. With fresh capital, RunBuggy will accelerate product development, strengthen its zero-trust security framework, and expand its nationwide reach — positioning Arizona as a leader in AI-powered logistics and mobility innovation. 🚀 Stay ahead of Arizona’s innovation frontier.
