His decision to join the board aligns with his passion for advancing innovation across the Southwest: “ Silicon Oasis is becoming a powerhouse gathering place for entrepreneurs , founders , students , and innovators working to move technology forward in the region . With my own tech roots coming from Arizona, from BAIR Analytics, GameSafe.ai, to Nouri.ai (and now SWORN.ai), it’s encouraging to see momentum building around local talent, strong universities, and experienced business leaders stepping up to help the next generation. I've joined the Board of Directors to support this next chapter and contribute where I can. What’s especially inspiring is seeing people from BYU , UVU , and Utah’s startup ecosystem returning home and continuing to innovate , bringing valuable experience with them and helping grow the tech community across the Southwest.” Sean’s track record in scaling startups, mentoring founders, and creating trusted technologies makes him a valuable addition to the Silicon Oasis leadership team. His insights will help guide programming, mentorship, and strategic partnerships — particularly at the intersection of tech , trust , and talent . As Silicon Oasis continues its mission to unite Arizona’s startup ecosystem, voices like Sean’s will play a key role in shaping a future where local founders thrive and regional innovation accelerates. 📰 Want more updates on the people shaping Arizona’s tech movement ?
