When Bronson Hixon talks about the future of real estate, he doesn't talk about open houses or MLS listings. He talks about operating systems.

The pitch isn't new — real estate tech is crowded with all-in-one promises. But Hixon is betting that most competitors bolt AI onto legacy systems rather than building around it from the ground up. RhomeX, he says, is different.

"Agents shouldn't have to manage software," Hixon has said of the platform's philosophy. "The software should manage itself."

The timing is notable. Industry data shows that more than 80 percent of real estate agents now use some form of AI in their daily workflow, yet fragmentation remains a core complaint — agents typically juggle separate tools for CRM, marketing, transactions, and communication. RhomeX is positioning itself as the connective tissue.

For the Silicon Oasis community, Hixon's venture represents something beyond a product launch. It's a signal that AI-native real estate infrastructure is being built locally, by one of the valley's own ambassadors, with ambitions that reach well beyond the region.
