PHX FWD Introduces Nine Software Founders in Fall 2026 Fast FWD Cohort

Phoenix’s next generation of software companies is already being built.

PHX FWD, Silicon Oasis’ community software partner, has announced the nine founders participating in its Fall 2026 Fast FWD cohort, bringing together entrepreneurs building companies across artificial intelligence, health and wellness, real estate, fintech, education, and vertical software.

PHX FWD is led by Arizona technology entrepreneur and Silicon Oasis board member Clate Mask, co-founder and former CEO of Keap. The organization is focused on strengthening the Valley’s software ecosystem by connecting founders with other founders, experienced operators, resources, and relationships that can help them build enduring companies in Arizona.

Fast FWD is one of the ways that mission is being put into action.

Sofia Health is building a platform connecting consumers with health and wellness experts.

Hunter Rickert — Synchro
Synchro is developing AI-powered learning and support tools that provide students with 24/7 course-specific assistance while giving educators technology to scale their impact.

Noel Serrato & Ryan Serrato — Notary Everyday
Notary Everyday is building notarization fulfillment infrastructure for title companies and real estate transactions.

Brian Hout — REsearch PRO
REsearch PRO is developing a real estate investment platform providing same-day distressed property leads alongside tools that help investors identify, evaluate, and act on opportunities.

Kevin D. — OmegaFP
OmegaFP is building an all-in-one technology platform for financial advisors, bringing together tools that traditionally require multiple disconnected legacy systems.

Mark Garcia — Binsr Inspect
Binsr Inspect is building an AI-first home inspection platform designed to help inspectors save time, grow revenue, and improve the experience for clients and real estate agents.

Building the Founder Flywheel

Fast FWD is designed around a straightforward idea: founders become stronger when they have access to other founders who understand what it takes to build and scale a company.

The program helps entrepreneurs turn early traction into more repeatable businesses while creating relationships between founders who are building at similar stages.

That founder-to-founder connectivity is also an important piece of the broader Arizona technology ecosystem.

Silicon Oasis and PHX FWD are working together to strengthen the infrastructure around Arizona software founders. These nine founders represent companies at different stages and across very different markets, but they share something important: they are building in Arizona now.
