Phoenix-Based ProPlaintiff.ai Secures Strategic Investment to Accelerate AI for Personal Injury Law Firms

Phoenix startup ProPlaintiff.ai has secured strategic investment from Christopher Stark, co-founder of advertising technology company Freestar, marking another milestone for Arizona's growing artificial intelligence ecosystem.

While financial terms of the investment were not disclosed, Stark is investing through The Stark Fund and will also join the company as a strategic advisor, bringing operational experience from helping scale one of Arizona's most successful technology companies.

Founded by Jason Turnquist and Brian Waller, ProPlaintiff.ai is developing an AI-native platform designed specifically for personal injury law firms. The software streamlines time-intensive legal workflows by automating case management, generating demand letters, organizing medical chronologies, and analyzing case evidence—all while keeping attorneys in control of the legal decision-making process.

The platform aims to help smaller firms compete more effectively with larger, high-volume practices by reducing administrative burdens and improving operational efficiency. According to the company, firms using the platform have reported significant productivity gains, allowing attorneys to spend more time serving clients rather than managing paperwork.

For Stark, the investment reflects confidence in both the technology and the leadership team behind it.
