Mayo Clinic x ASU Accelerator Brings Global Health Innovation to Phoenix
Arizona’s healthcare innovation ecosystem is gaining real momentum. The Discovery Oasis initiative, in collaboration with Mayo Clinic, Arizona State University, and the City of Phoenix, has launched the 2026 Alliance for Health Care Accelerator.
This year’s program brings 10 startups from 6 countries to Phoenix for an intensive two-week experience focused on entrepreneurship, mentorship, and commercialization.
On March 25, the cohort will present at the Health Care Accelerator Public Pitch Competition, offering a glimpse into the future of health tech while connecting founders, investors, and operators across Arizona.
Importantly, several alumni are staying in-market through the Discovery Oasis Affiliate Program, gaining access to office and lab space as the ecosystem continues to grow.
This is how ecosystems scale — attracting global talent, anchoring it locally, and building long-term infrastructure.
Phoenix is quickly becoming a destination for healthcare innovation.
