LifeGuides Raises $1M to Scale Peer Support
Tempe-based LifeGuides is continuing to build momentum in Arizona’s health-tech ecosystem with a fresh $ 1 million capital infusion aimed at scaling its peer-to-peer support platform. LifeGuides operates in a growing space between traditional therapy and informal support networks, offering trained peer “guides” who help individuals navigate real-life challenges—from caregiving and health issues to career transitions and emotional wellbeing. Rather than clinical treatment, the platform focuses on human connection, lived experience, and empathy at scale. The new funding will support several growth initiatives, including expanding the company’s commercial and client services teams and accelerating product development. LifeGuides also plans to enhance its data and analytics capabilities and thoughtfully introduce AI-powered features to improve matching, insights, and user experience—while keeping people at the center of the model. Founded in Tempe in 2016, LifeGuides has steadily grown its enterprise footprint, partnering with large employers and organizations that offer the platform as a benefit to employees. As demand increases for accessible, preventative mental health solutions, LifeGuides is positioning itself as infrastructure—not just a product—within the modern workplace. Arizona continues to prove it can produce meaningful innovation in health and wellness, and LifeGuides is another example of founders building companies that scale impact alongside revenue. 👉 Subscribe to the Silicon Oasis Magazin e for original reporting on Arizona startups, funding milestones, and the people shaping the state’s innovation economy. 🌵
