With over 14 years of experience in nursing — including 8 at Mayo Clinic — Jasmine saw firsthand the critical gaps patients face after leaving the hospital. In 2021, she launched Navi Nurses,a Phoenix-based startup that connects individuals with specialized registered nurses to deliver hospital-level care in the comfort of home . What started as a bold idea has grown into a statewide network of 110 + nurses supporting patients across Arizona. This year, Jasmine earned the AZ Inno Female Founder Fire Award,a recognition of her leadership, impact, and innovation in patient care. More than a founder, Jasmine is a doctoral student,a lifelong caregiver , and an advocate for immunization and patient empowerment .
