EarthEn Launches Heat Battery for Clean Industrial Heat
Phoenix-based EarthEn Energy just launched its Heat Battery at RE+ Storage in Santa Clara, offering a breakthrough way for industries to cut emissions and boost energy resilience. Founded by Dr. Manas Pathak (CEO ) and Dr. Palash Panja (CTO)—engineers with deep experience in energy storage and industrial processes— EarthEn is driven by a mission to make decarbonizing industrial heat practical and cost‑effective. The system stores renewable electricity and delivers 200°C–500°C steam or hot air on demand, capturing waste heat and keeping operations running even during grid dips. Industries like food & beverage, textiles, paper, chemicals, and petrochemicals can now deploy clean heat quickly with containerized, plug-and-play modules. Backed by the DOE, NSF, LaunchTN, PEI, and CalSEED, EarthEn is lining up 2025 pilots to show that decarbonizing industrial heat is now practical—and cost-effective. 🌵 Want more Arizona tech stories like this ?
