Binsr Raises $1M to Modernize Home Inspections with AI
Arizona’s tech scene just welcomed another ambitious player. Binsr , founded by Mark Garcia and Aryash Dubey, has raised a$1M SAFE round at a$6M post-money valuation to build the first AI-native operating system for home inspectors. Why it matters: Home inspection is a required step in nearly every U.S. real estate transaction, yet the process is still stuck in the PDF era. Inspectors spend hours compiling photos and notes into static reports. Binsr changes that by turning a simple walkthrough video into an AI-generated inspection report in minutes—complete with photos, summaries, and links to vetted service providers. The opportunity: With more than 7M inspections annually and a$500B+ home services market, Binsr is positioned to become the system of record for inspectors, agents, and homeowners alike. Already live with eight inspectors and seeing strong adoption, the platform is preparing for integrations with major service providers later this year.
The founders: Garcia,a Salesforce alum with multiple exits, and Dubey,a SaaS and AI expert, are moving fast—launching in April 2025 and already signing paying customers.
