Binsr Inspect Raises $1.1M to Modernize Home Inspections
Phoenix-based Binsr Inspec t has emerged from stealth with a bold mission: to simplify home ownership, starting with the home inspection. Co-founders Mark Garcia and Aryash Dubey (ASU) announced a$1.1 million pre-seed round led by New Stack Ventures, with participation from Silence VC, Lofty, and Joe Chen. Binsr’s platform introduces the industry’s first AI-powered home-inspection system, built to help inspectors save time, increase earnings, and deliver a smoother experience for agents and homeowners. The software automates scheduling, reporting, payments, and repair estimates — using AI to translate data, photos, and voice notes into structured, client-ready reports. Already counting 400 + inspection companies on its waitlist, Binsr is quickly positioning itself as one of Arizona’s fastest-growing PropTech startups. “Inspectors, agents, and homeowners have been underserved by outdated tools,” Garcia said.“We’re changing that with modern workflows and intelligent automation.” With the funding secured, Binsr Inspect is expanding its engineering and operations teams and inviting inspectors and partners to join its growing network. Arizona’s PropTech movement is gaining momentum — and Binsr Inspect is leading the charge.
