Announcing Jordan Fourcher as Silicon Oasis Community Development

Silicon Oasis is excited to welcome Jordan Fourcher , founder of Cryo X , as our new Community Development Manager . Jordan has been a familiar face in Arizona’s tech and startup circles for years, consistently showing up, building relationships, and supporting the events and founders who make this ecosystem thrive. As the founder of Cryo X, Jordan knows firsthand what it takes to build something from scratch. He brings the same drive, curiosity, and community-focused mindset into everything he does. Whether he’s meeting new founders, championing local startups, or attending nearly every tech event across the Valley, Jordan has become one of the ecosystem’s most active connectors. In his new role at Silicon Oasis, Jordan will help strengthen and expand our Ambassador Program, support sponsorship outreach, and assist with planning and executing events across Arizona. He’ll also capture on-the-ground community moments—spotlighting the stories, people, and energy that power our growing tech landscape. Jordan represents the spirit of Silicon Oasis: people who are building, collaborating, and investing time into elevating Arizona’s startup ecosystem.
